Shipping

The product / goods are shipped the next working day we receive payment. If the payment is made in connection with the weekend then the order will be shipped the next business day. If it becomes apparent that the product is sold out you will be informed immediately via email.

The client is responsible for the correct recipient address. If shipment can not be delivered due to missing or incorrect data, EMED ApS can charge for the expenses for return handling and after extension.

In the case of an complaint, then enclose complete details of the package to promote the expedition. Please attach a copy of the invoice / order confirmation.
We recommend that you use local post office when the product is returned and that the goods is sent as parcel post. In this way it is possible to track the package in their tracking system, and thus removing any doubts whether goods have been handed over to Money back guaranteed! Complaints:
